We are a small independent operations consultancy focused on helping small and medium sized services businesses succeed and grow. We achieve this by offering our deep and varied experience of operations management, change, integration and support. We are proud to be truly international and cross cultural in our experience and approach.
Operations is all encompassing – from startup and expansion realities, to sales performance, to project risk, client retention and everything in between. Strategy is pie in the sky without it, targets are not achievable without all the levers being finely adjusted to optimise delivery and balance that with client delight, passionate people and impressive financial performance.

We are lucky enough to live and work in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds, located in the centre of the old market town of Witney. The region contains thousands of unique and inspirational businesses that prosper alongside the beautiful landscape. Oxfordshire is where entrepreneurial spirit, unique personalities and technology meet – we believe it is the perfect spot from where to balance life and work!

We are generalists in that respect because we love to dive in and see what we can help with however we do that with the realities of each unique brief, leadership vision, what drives their people and what they need to achieve in the realities of commercial and financial success.
We are also specialists in that we focus on operations in professional service businesses. Operations can be many things – client satisfaction and major proposals one day, financial performance and talent acquisition the next.
